Information we collect
When you request information, we collect the details you submit, such as your name, contact information, business or ATM service address and service interest. Our hosting and security providers may also process technical information such as IP address, browser details and request logs to operate and protect the website.
How we use information
We use inquiry details to review and respond to your request, coordinate proposed services and maintain business records. We use technical information to operate the website, investigate errors and prevent misuse. An inquiry does not automatically enroll you in marketing messages.
How an inquiry reaches us
The form is sent to our own server, checked there, and then emailed to a business mailbox we monitor. There is no customer-relationship system behind it: the inquiry becomes an email, and that email is what we work from. If you chose email as your reply channel, your address is set as the reply address on that message so we can answer you directly.
If the email cannot be sent, the website tells you so rather than showing a confirmation. Our error logs record only a reference code and the reason it failed — never your name, address, email address or phone number.
Service providers
Providers that host the website and deliver inquiry emails process information on our behalf. The categories of provider currently used are: website hosting and business email.
Cookies and device storage
When you send an inquiry, a short-lived cookie is set so the confirmation page can tell a completed request from a direct visit; it contains a reference code only and expires within fifteen minutes. We also store your analytics preference on your device for six months.
With your permission, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits, referring websites, device information, page use and interactions such as phone clicks and successful inquiries. We do not send your name, email, phone number, inquiry text or other form answers to Google Analytics. Analytics does not load until you choose Allow analytics. Advertising features are disabled. You can decline or withdraw permission at any time using Analytics preferences in the footer. Analytics cookies are configured to expire after six months.
Google processes analytics information on our behalf. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Analytics reports do not represent visitors who decline measurement.
Retention and requests
We retain information according to the following practice: Inquiry emails are kept for 12 months, then deleted. Call 1-888-474-3125 to ask about your information or request a correction or deletion. We will review the request and any applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Information we do not want
Do not send PINs, complete card numbers, bank account credentials, vault codes or cash delivery schedules through this website. The inquiry form does not ask for them and they are not needed to review a request.
