What the service covers
You keep the machine and everything that comes with owning it. We take the loading run off your hands: scheduled visits to your ATM to replenish the cassettes, on a route we agree with you.
Loading and funding are two different things, and it is worth being clear which one you are asking for. Moving cash into the machine is the service. Providing the money that goes in is a separate question, and the answer goes in the agreement rather than being assumed.
Cash funding and any processing requirements for a machine you already own are confirmed for your setup before service starts. The terms of our free-placement program do not carry over to an ATM someone else owns.

Either can be arranged, and which one applies to you is settled in the service review before we start. We will not assume it either way.
Can I keep my current processor?
We need to look at your setup before answering that. Tell us who processes for you now and we will confirm what applies.
What does it cost?
It depends on where the machine is, how often it needs filling and what else you want covered. Send the location and we will price it.
Can you do emergency refills?
Ask us. Whether we can reach a machine at short notice depends on the route and the day, so it is something we agree with you rather than something we advertise.
I want an ATM but do not own one yet.
